Don’t Get Taken Advantage of With Medical Bills
WE OFFER MEDICAL BILL REVIEW AND NEGOTIATION SERVICE
*MEDICAL OFFICES MUST DISCLOSE OUT-OF-NETWORK SERVICE COSTS IF THEY ARE OUTSOURCED AND GIVE A DIFFERENT SERVICE OPTION.
Did you know that many practices with medical billing are against compliance? For example, if you go to an in-network provider and receive charges or out-of-network fees for services they may have performed, that is against the law in many areas. However, despite the legalities, some service providers will bill you for out-of-network charges and employ aggressive collection techniques until they get paid!
Not only is this frustrating, but many people feel it is a tactic only a bully would use. Other companies are available for medical debt negotiation; however, their charges or operations are often prohibitive. For example, you could still be responsible for a massive bill if they charge 20% of any reduced or eliminated debt.
If you were overcharged $100,000 for various procedures and that was negotiated away, you could still be accountable for $20,000 to the company that negotiated it away for you. While this may be somewhat helpful, it isn’t entirely helpful.
Then there are the seemingly low-cost companies that can review a bill and give you a “custom template” to send to the biller in hopes that it will yield results. So, in other words, you pay and then have to do all the work anyhow. That’s how cheap money becomes labor-intensive.
We Operate Differently
We aim to be affordable and effective when negotiating and eliminating medical debt. We believe in a fair ONE-PRICE service model.
How It Works:
We will send you two online forms to complete once you decide to hire us. One will gather information about what you wish to dispute. We also want to see the bill or bills that can be uploaded easily. We will need a limited power of attorney signed, too, for the specific purpose of negotiating medical debt on your behalf. This allows us to roll up our sleeves and get to work.
Here is an example of some of the things we will do on your behalf:
- Contact collection companies and issue immediate cease-contact letters. This stops the harassment.
- Contact facilities on your behalf to dispute charges. This is done via PHONE, CERTIFIED MAIL AND EMAIL.
- We will prepare a report and submit it to The Attorney General’s office and several other governing agencies associated with medical billing fraud.
Pricing
Our pricing range is between $1,595 and $5,000, depending on the workload involved in your specific case.
